At Living Design Home Staging we customize each and every proposal to meet our client’s needs and budget.

IN HOME CONSULTATION (+-90 minutes):
We begin with a complete walk-through of the home. At this time we discuss your needs, review your timeline, assess the needs of the home and what should be done. We will evaluate your home from a buyer’s perspective and then discuss the positive features as well as the areas that need some improvement. We provide you with sound recommendation that will give your home the “WOW” factor.

HOME STAGING: Occupied Home
Our staging plan is designed for the home that is about to go onto the market. Using what you have, and working with you and your Realtor, we will space plan and stage your home utilizing your furniture and accessories to create the emotional connection points that will give potential buyers the “dream home” feeling.

HOME STAGING: Vacant Home
A vacant home does not show well, so we will bring in furniture and accessories and stage the home. Each room staged will reflect the design and the functionality of the space and will be fully prepared so that potential buyers can visualize the home.

DIY PACKAGE – OUR “DO IT YOURSELF” DETAILED ACTION PLAN:
Our “Do It Yourself” (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive report that details all of the actions we would take to transform your home and get it ready for listing. We will provide you with checklists, recommendations and suggestions and also provide you with our preferred vendor list. We provide you with the expertise so you can do the packing and staging yourself.

Shopping for the right accessories and keeping up with today’s hottest design and color trends can be a daunting task. And then there is the question, “Where do I shop?” Not everyone has the time or energy to shop and this is where Living Design Home Staging can help. We expertly take on the challenge of finding the perfect elements for your home, taking into account your style, tastes and most importantly, your budget.

COLOR AND DESIGN CONSULT:
Color transforms a space quickly and affectively. The right color is the fastest and least expensive way to make the largest and most dramatic statement in a home.

We work with you and your style in finding the perfect color palette to coordinate all the elements of your home. Your colors will make it all come together beautifully!
